i started LOOTED in 2024 because i couldn't let good clothes go to die. sustainable fashion has long been a passion of mine and i wanted to show people how to be more creative with things that already exist.
bay area baddie
this younger generation of SF girlies wanted more than clothing, they were looking for community, a sense of belonging, and people like them. we built a community of baddies. i found that social posts calling for community-based experiences performed much better.
shop the vibe
in our high-traffic store in tourist Haight-Ashbury San Francisco, i quickly noticed that so many of my customers' purchases were based on feelings. i curated drops based on vibes and expanded to other stores in the Bay Area. in-person markets gave me even more insight to my consumer.
looted lands
LOOTED LANDS brought more than 300 Bay Area baddies together for a day of community building and experience-driven shopping. reclaiming the once-popular Powell shopping area, LOOTED LANDS brought energy back to downtown featuring flash tattoos, live airbrushing, a dj, local designers, and vintage vendors.
